Their is no size on tag of this vest, it is a small men’s or women’s with an adjustable strap in back for the small range of sizes. This vest is in good condition. I do recommend dry cleaning. Measures 20 inches across widest area laying flat and 24 inches from back of neck scoop to tail end.
