- Nothing here yet. (Don)
- Very good hunter education and ballistics stuff sent by
Greg's e-mail. EDITORS NOTE: You can
e-mail to the editor
too, or cut and paste to the Feedback remarks window from
another application as well. Here are Greg's remarks:
"Possible Buck Monkey Online links...
Greg. With online ballistics calculations, the following
is a good site: http://www.lascruces.com/~jbm/ballistics/ballistics_rgt.html
Rifle barrels.com, twists, FAQs, http://www.riflebarrels.com/
Utah Ballistics info http://www-medlib.med.utah.edu/WebPath/TUTORIAL/GUNS/GUNBLST.html
Marksmanship, altitude, wind and humidity http://www.campperry.org/pointers2.htm
Under Construction http://www.remington.com/gunshopfr.htm
Cool Personal Hunting site, countdown to the start of the
next season http://home.i1.net/~dearing/hunter.html"
- I wonder if anyone else is able to browse the net or is
even thinking of bucks. I know I am. No one else has any
tips or strategy thoughts? How about a discussion on
bullet ballistics or a link to some sites with ballistic
information? (Respondent's
first name) G**g
- I am browsing. If Curt could get his camp data sheets to
me, I could make the database and have it be posted on
the site. That way, a person could look up nearly any
historical detail they wanted regarding deer details,
stand success and all sorts of stuff. That would be
pretty fun....Don
- Any web sites on St. Hubert, the Patron Saint of
hunters? I think we need more, this happened to me
stories, like "I survived the Skunk Scent bottle
breaking incident" or "For God's sake, Walk
Like a Man!" or "My First Buck" or
"Dr. Strangebuck: How I learned to love the Buck
Monkey and Stop Worrying." Come on guys break out
your quill pens!(Respondent's
first name) greg
- Curt, Excellent story! I saw
every move and every shot! Thanks! Your hunting buddy, Dale.
